At the U.S. Army Recruiting - Albany Battalion, we are seeking a skilled Public Affairs Professional to join our team. This role involves participating in and assisting with the supervision and administration of Army public affairs programs.
As a Public Affairs Professional, you will be responsible for researching, preparing, and disseminating news releases, articles, web-based material, and photographs on Army personnel and activities.
You will gather information for military news programs and publications within your unit and around the Army, develop ideas for news articles, arrange and conduct interviews, write news releases, feature articles, and editorials, and conduct media training.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the U.S. Army and contribute to the dissemination of important information to the public.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
