About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Hydrogeology Consultant to join our team at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of public drinking water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and perform hydrogeologic assessments
- Develop and implement plans to mitigate potential threats to public water sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Hydrogeology or a related field
- Active license as a professional geologist issued by the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: $83,000 - $103,000 per year, depending on experience
