  • Engage in general upkeep and maintenance of crane barges, workshops, and surrounding areas.
  • Employ hand signals to ensure safe crane operations.
  • Support harbor boats, mechanics, and welders as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks under the guidance of management.
  • Crane operation experience is a plus.
  • Proficient reading and writing skills to understand and complete various documents.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and priorities based on operational needs.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
