We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Elevator Worker I to join our team at ADM. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload trucks, railcars, and barges
  • Operate heavy machinery, including skid-steers, wheel loaders, and forklifts
  • Perform deckhand responsibilities, including general housekeeping duties
  • Assist operations personnel, maintenance personnel, and supervisors as needed
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Regular and prompt attendance
  • Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Willingness to work shift with variable start time, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  • Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting
  • Exhibit a professional image at all times and maintain a positive and respectful attitude
