Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Phone and In-Person Scheduling: Field calls and schedule patients in a call center setting, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the practice, including but not limited to: sending and receiving faxes, researching and following up with patients and staff, maintaining files and inventory, and creating reports and forms.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with office staff, ancillary departments, and the public, providing clear and concise information and guidance as needed.

Requirements
