Key Responsibilities- Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors to meet high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Restock locker rooms with essential supplies and paper products to ensure a comfortable environment for members.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the management team in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including the Lost and Found Policy.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Continual standing, walking, and reaching during shift.
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
- Ability to lift over 80 pounds occasionally.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and other hazardous materials.
