Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Recruiter, you will:
- Leverage internal and external databases to identify and engage potential Loan Officer candidates.
- Conduct outreach through various channels including phone, email, and professional networking to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Establish a strong presence on social media to enhance NOVA's brand and attract prospective candidates.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources recruiting team to coordinate interviews between sales leadership and interested candidates.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and addressing inquiries until their onboarding is confirmed.
- Perform proactive outreach, including cold calls, to follow up with candidates.
- Document candidate interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Prepare and present status reports to executive leadership as needed.
- Educate candidates about the resources and benefits available at NOVA.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruitment or sales.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Experience in the mortgage industry for one (1) to three (3) years is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Capability to coordinate and lead meetings of varying sizes.
