Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Engineer to oversee the installation and enhancement of our enterprise-level contact center solutions. The Unified Communications (UC) framework encompasses a variety of Cisco components, including but not limited to Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connections, Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM), CVP, and IP IVR, along with other third-party software and integrated peripheral systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation and upgrades for enterprise contact center systems.
  • Manage hardware administration, testing, and network validation.
  • Conduct remote administration and systems monitoring.
  • Integrate UC solutions with other enterprise applications.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting installation-related issues.
  • Core server administration experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Advanced networking capabilities utilizing multiple Ethernet cards on a single server.
  • Experience with complex software applications such as Exchange, CRM/Helpdesk applications, or MSSQL/Oracle databases.
  • Server hardware configuration experience, including RAID setup and SAN connectivity.
  • Familiarity with VMWare or HyperV installation and administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a service, support, or technical delivery role involving Cisco ICM, UCCE, IPT, and UCCX solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cisco's IP IVR and Customer Voice Portal (CVP) or third-party IVR solutions.
  • Understanding of telecommunications maintenance and administration across major PBX/ACD/IP Telephony platforms.
  • Exposure to contact/call center operations, management, and workforce management (WFM).

Additional Skills & Certifications:

  • Certifications or relevant experience in Microsoft technologies (MCSE, MCTS, MCITP).
  • Cisco certifications (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA) in Routing and Switching, Voice, or Service Provider.
  • VMWare Certified Professional or higher.
  • Experience with EMC Cloud or Data Center Architecture.
  • NetApp Certification.
