Job Summary

We are seeking a Child Development Specialist to support the academic and emotional well-being of students in our school district.

This is a full-time position available for experienced professionals who have a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional development
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions for students with special needs
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring school-wide programs promoting mental health and positive behavior
Requirements:
  • Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in Rhode Island required
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in schools preferred
