Job SummaryThe Healthcare Research Nurse Specialist will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing plans of care for participants in research studies. This position requires a high degree of clinical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement nursing plans of care for research participants
- Conduct ongoing participant assessments and provide nursing care according to research protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor participant status and initiate referrals as necessary
- Document care provided according to protocol
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
- Ambulatory experience preferred
- Research background preferred
- Current RI RN Licensure required
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
