About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Wardrobe Technician to join our team at Kings Dominion. As a key member of our costume department, you will play a vital role in bringing our themed entertainment and stage productions to life.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Costume Area Supervisor to ensure the highest quality of costumes and themed entertainment.
  • Assist in the design, construction, and maintenance of costumes for haunted attractions and productions.
  • Prepare costumes for shows and maintain their appearance and continuity.
  • Clean and maintain performer's costumes, prepare them for laundry, and operate washing and drying equipment as needed.
  • Maintain the inventory supply of the costume shop.
Requirements
  • A passion for creating and maintaining high-quality costumes and themed entertainment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good judgment and commitment to safety.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
