Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure accurate and timely bids
- Create project Invitation to Bid for subcontractors on Building Connected or other platforms
- Analyze project documents to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with team members to identify qualified subcontractors and manage bid solicitation lists
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven expertise in preconstruction, estimating, and project management
- Experience in government, military barracks, or multi-family housing is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Takeoff software, Bluebeam, Excel, and computerized pricing systems
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous 401(k) match and flexible paid time off policy.
