Bilingual Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work with families and youth to provide evidence-based therapy services.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct clinical treatment using the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model and principles.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families to inform conceptualization of problem behaviors and interactions.
- Work with diverse communities and families to engage primary caregivers, family members, and community agency staff in change-oriented treatment.
- Participate in weekly case planning and evaluation of case progress with ongoing support from supervisors and team members.
- Receive regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation activities to acquire extensive clinical skills within the MST treatment model.
- Master's Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area.
- Professional licensure in a related field (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) preferred but not required.
- Experience in serving families in community-based programs.
- Ability and willingness to work with families in their own homes.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Ability to adapt and individualize program interventions to utilize family strengths and skills.
- Skill in handling multiple tasks and meeting multiple deadlines.
