About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Mercy Hospital Joplin. As a CRT GIG, you'll have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts and hours to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, according to physician's orders.
  • Consult with physicians on the effectiveness of therapy and act as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
  • Perform duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an approved School for Respiratory Care.
  • Current Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
  • One year of experience, not including time on orientation.
  • Hold the Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential awarded by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
