Work Schedule:
Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 6:00am - 6:30pm
Enjoy a 36-hour work week while being compensated for 40 hours.

Role Summary:
The CNC Machining Specialist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual Bridgeport machines independently to produce high-quality components. You will be tasked with machining tooling, production parts, and fixtures while adhering to strict delivery timelines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate CNC and Bridgeport machines autonomously
• Manage changeovers and offsets without assistance
• Conduct basic setups independently
• Accurately deburr machined components while meeting production goals
• Read and write basic programming code at the machines
• Monitor machine operations to identify malfunctions or deviations
• Perform quality inspections using appropriate measuring tools
• Complete daily production and quality conformance documentation
• Follow company procedures and maintain quality standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and work instructions
• Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and training as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist in the assembly area as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to interpret various instructions, including blueprints and diagrams
• Understanding of machining principles, including G/M codes, setups, speeds, and feeds
• Proficiency in using inspection tools for quality assurance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit

Preferred Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Technical school education is a plus
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience
