Thriveworks Counseling Resident Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated LPC Resident to join our team in Lynchburg, Virginia. As a Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and gain valuable experience in a private practice setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling services to clients under the supervision of a licensed therapist
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and supervisors
  • Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Approved by the board as a Resident in Counseling
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
