Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to young children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, oversee, and deliver naturalistic therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties
  • Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Collaborate with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience in ABA early intervention
