Position Overview:

This role involves leading a team responsible for the effective implementation of replenishment strategies at both store and distribution center levels. The Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the consistent application of standardized processes and algorithms aimed at enhancing inventory performance metrics such as turnover rates, stock availability, and fill rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 30% In Stock and Replenishment: Develops and drives replenishment strategies for various departments, recommending and overseeing their implementation.
  • 20% Manages communication and feedback from field operations.
  • 20% Collaborates with Merchandising leadership to conduct business reviews and provide inventory insights.
  • 15% Engages in vendor communications.
  • 5% Translates and facilitates training on new processes, tools, and systems for all team members.
  • 10% Coaches, manages, and develops team members while leading cross-functional inventory initiatives related to transitions and new SKUs.
Reporting Structure:
  • Reports to a Senior Manager.
  • This position supervises 5 direct reports.
Travel Requirements:
  • Typically involves minimal overnight travel, less than 10% of the time.

  • Knowledge in Statistics, Mathematics, or Quantitative Analysis.
Minimum Education:
  • Completion of a high school diploma or GED is typically required.
Minimum Years of Work Experience:
  • 4 years.
