Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our Social Skills program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, providing oversight for specific cases, and working closely with our Social Beginnings Program Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ABA programs for assigned clients, including initial and ongoing assessments, creation of treatment plans, and analysis of program data.
- Provide supervisory services for our after-school social skills program, including group screenings, curriculum development, and staff training.
- Collaborate with our clinical and field teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality outcomes for our clients.
- Document billed services, including session dates, times, and descriptions, as well as additional documentation as assigned.
- Attend training and supervision meetings with our SB Manager and SB Director.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working in and developing ABA-based social skills programs, preferably with children with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and training others.

Compensation and Benefits:
