Responsibilities:

Assist in the admission of new residents and provide support with activities of daily living as needed
Administer medications and supervise non-licensed nursing staff
Participate in the evaluation of non-licensed staff and provide feedback on performance
Ensure the safe and secure working environment for residents, families, visitors, and associates
Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests for assistance
Maintain a clean and orderly environment for all residents

Requirements:

Valid Nursing license
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
