This role entails overseeing a diverse range of architectural initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project scope, and budget compliance. You will collaborate closely with clients and the project team, manage resources, and monitor project progress throughout all phases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
2. Develop detailed project plans to be shared with clients and team members.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
4. Employ appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
5. Measure project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques.
6. Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including construction documents.
8. Establish and nurture relationships with third-party vendors.
9. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for project design and planning.
10. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or restaurant projects.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the architecture sector.
3. Proven expertise in Architectural Project Management and Construction Documentation.
4. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
5. Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
6. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
7. Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
