  • Lead Sales Team: Motivate and guide sales staff to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain store appearance and organization, adhering to company visual standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide a unique and engaging store experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Effectively prioritize and multi-task, resolving issues and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience and basic math skills are required.

  • Knowledge: Interior design/decorating experience and/or knowledge of furniture products is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, are required.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve store goals.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with a flexible schedule and weekend availability.
