Position Summary:

As an Assembly Technician, you will collaborate within a team to produce and package transdermal medical products. This role involves working with devices such as EPI pens, preloaded vaccines, and inhalation devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support packaging and filling operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and manage hazardous waste disposal.
  • Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Gather and prepare raw materials and in-process items as needed.
  • Take initiative in your training and certification journey.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and report any irregularities promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Basic math skills, including metric conversions and percentages.
  • Willingness to learn inspection techniques for product quality.
  • Good manual dexterity for performing repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Previous experience in medical device manufacturing or similar environments is preferred.
