Job Title: Registered Dietitian

At Fresenius Medical Care North America, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing nutritional services to our patients with kidney disease.

Job Summary:

The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans, and providing education to patients and their families. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and achieve their individualized patient-specific goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans
  • Provide education to patients and their families on nutrition and kidney disease
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition
  • Previous renal experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
