Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clinical support to medical providers, including scheduling appointments, taking vital signs, and preparing patients for examination.
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting patients, verifying insurance benefits, and explaining financial requirements.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and sample analyses, and assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic flow.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in medical staff services management or related field preferred.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nurses Aid (CNA) and QMAP or EMT certification required; or MA experience and/or MA diploma.
- 3-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
