At Brand Executives Inc, we are looking for a skilled Support Specialist Lead to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our valued clients receive the highest level of support.

Your responsibilities will include providing professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and customer service window. You will also be responsible for entering, tracking, monitoring, and coordinating customer materials, completing sales transactions and new account registrations, and analyzing customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.

This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively independently and within a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 1 year of prior sales coordination or customer support experience. SAP experience is a plus.
