The successful candidate will have a strong background in information security, risk management, and compliance. They will be responsible for developing and implementing our Information Security Program, reviewing and updating our privacy and GLBA policies, and collaborating with our IT Steering Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Information Security Program to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update our privacy and GLBA policies to ensure they are current and effective.
  • Collaborate with our IT Steering Committee to ensure alignment with our overall technology strategy.
  • Conduct regular information security compliance monitoring to identify and address potential risks.
  • Participate in IT projects and risk assessments to ensure that our technology infrastructure is secure and compliant.
  • Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs to educate employees on information security best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in information systems management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Professional security management certification, such as CISSP or CISM, is highly desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
