Key Responsibilities- Lead Transformation Efforts: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the firm's transformation efforts, focusing on delivering Human-Centered Complete Wealth Management (HCCWM) to our clients.
- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs to ensure Financial Advisors and home office support areas have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver HCCWM.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert guidance and support to Financial Advisors and home office teams on financial planning strategies, products, and solutions.
- Partner with Home Office Teams: Collaborate with home office support areas to develop and implement processes and tools to support Financial Advisors in delivering HCCWM.
- Build Relationships with Financial Advisors: Develop strong relationships with Financial Advisors to understand their needs and provide tailored support to help them deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning to ensure our Financial Advisors are equipped to deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Professional Certifications: Series 7 and Series 66 certifications required within 6 months of joining the team. Completion of CFP, ChFC, or CFA certification within 6 months of joining the team (or equivalent level of knowledge and expertise through 15 years of financial services experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in financial planning and product knowledge.
- Travel: 25% travel required.
