Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from scheduling, high-priority, and overflow lines.
  • Take demographic information from new patients.
  • Process incoming referrals.
  • Update existing patients' demographic information.
  • Collect insurance details.
  • Request medical records from primary care physicians or referring doctors.
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
  • Route calls to the appropriate department.
  • Deliver messages between patients and staff members.
  • Manage consultation requests from physicians for on-call physicians.
  • Follow up on completed consultations.
  • Utilize our service website for HPN referrals.
  • Support the team by covering scheduling, referrals, and phone duties as needed.
