Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and explain business policies and procedures.
  • Assist with customer escalations and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately in internal systems.
  • Utilize Office Suite for documentation, communication, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - REQUIRED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
