Position Overview:

This role is integral to a technical digital manufacturing team, contributing to solutions that align with the business functionality and technical landscape of our product suite. The scope of work is defined through collaboration with fellow Innovation team members and potentially external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the operations team to navigate the explore, screen, test, learn, and scale cycles (innovation team) or manage deploy, sustain, and retire processes (operations team).
  • Utilize existing technical skills, develop new competencies, or engage with consultants to achieve results.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to ensure that the portfolio backlog is aligned, maintained, and effectively managed throughout project cycles.
  • Implement solutions that reflect the strategic vision of the organization.
  • Propose and execute process enhancements and technical solutions to support and optimize departmental operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in the United States.
  • Extensive experience in C# application development and troubleshooting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including query execution and database structure.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Support and troubleshooting of Windows Server applications.
  • Proficient in technical writing and documentation.
  • Experience with Mulesoft is advantageous.
  • Mobile application development and support experience is a plus.
