About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Planning and Analysis to join our team at PENN Entertainment. Key Responsibilities
  • Compile property-wide operations performance reporting, analyze results, and communicate findings to property management.
  • Develop and implement measurable business performance evaluations aligned with property goals and objectives.
  • Work with the Marketing department to analyze programs and discuss potential return on investment.
  • Oversee the Warehouse/Receiving operating department.
  • Responsible for the annual Company Budget and Capital Plan, inclusive of planning, executing, and reporting on variances from actual operating results.
Requirements
  • Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must enjoy hosting others.
  • Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills.
  • Advanced computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Cognos Bi, and Cognos Controller.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Three to five years in marketing, planning, and/or a finance environment is preferred.
  • Three to five years in the gaming industry is required.
  • MBA is preferred.
