Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Ensure that our restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that all company procedures are followed.
- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Control costs and manage cash handling, food products, labor, paper supplies, energy consumption, and other expenses.
- Team Management: Supervise and direct a team of 4 or more employees, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service.
- Training and Development: Train new and existing team members in job stations, and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Administrative Duties: Complete required shift management administrative duties, including placing product orders and posting sale readings.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed, and that the restaurant is a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers.
- Computer and Math Skills: Basic computer and math skills, with the ability to accurately manage cash handling and inventory.
- Age and Certification: Must be at least 18 years old and ServSafe certified.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days a week and one full shift, including opening, mid, or closing shifts.

Equipment and Environmental Conditions- Equipment: Fryers, thermalizers, flat top grills, split lid grills, walk-in freezers, menu boards, computers, cash registers, filtering machines, steam units, holding cabinets, storage units, soda fountain hook-up stations, microwaves, cooking utensils, drive-thru communication systems, coolers, freezers, and hot holding lines.
- Environmental Conditions: The employee is subject to inside environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes. The employee is subject to both environmental conditions, work activities occur both inside and outside. The employee is subject to extreme cold temperatures below 32 degrees for periods of time. The employee is exposed to hazards, including a variety of physical conditions, such as moving mechanical parts, electrical current, exposure to high heat or chemicals. The employee is subject to one or more of the following conditions: fumes, odors, dust, mist, gases, or poor ventilation.
