Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly: Assemble various parts to form the completed tool or die, ensuring each piece is put together accurately and securely.
  • Manufacturing: Operate various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, or grinders to fabricate the parts of the tools or dies as per the design specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform testing and inspection of finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular inspections of tools and dies in use, performing necessary maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment maintaining machines and performing repairs.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot any issues that might arise.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with engineers, production staff, and others to understand project requirements.
