Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commission Analyst to join our team at PRI Technology. As a Commission Analyst, you will be responsible for managing financial representative compensation and contract terms, ensuring accurate field compensation, and working closely with our Agent Contracting and Licensing team to ensure compliance with state license regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Financial Representative (FR) compensation and contract terms
  • Ensure accurate field compensation by interpreting producer contracts and compensation schedules
  • Work closely with the Agent Contracting and Licensing team to ensure compliance with state license regulations
  • Process assignment of commissions adhering to legal requirements
  • Provide confidential compensation information to internal departments
  • Process paper, NSCC, and IPS commission statements and adjustments
  • Identify various types of commissions being reported (regular, 12b-1's, and mixed transactions) and product types (mutual fund, variable annuity, variable life, brokerage, and RIA business)
  • Provide customer service by responding to commission-related issues and questions, problem research and resolution, and accurate dissemination of information

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Broker Dealer firms
  • MS Excel experience
  • End Client communication experience
