We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to join our team at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate quality patient care in a cost-effective manner
  • Supervise operating room clinical staff
  • Assess, plan, evaluate, and document the nursing process in the assigned unit
  • Function as a resource person with primary responsibility for staff's performance and development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 3 years of progressively responsible nursing management experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNOR and/or CPAN certification upon hire
