- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice in Massachusetts.
- 3-5 years of experience in case management, utilization review, or discharge planning.
- Knowledge of community services and healthcare systems.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
