Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team at talent4health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to premature and critically ill newborns in our state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to newborns with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in neonatal care
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in neonatal intensive care
