About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Support Specialist to join our team at North American Dental Group. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dental hygienists in providing top-notch services.

Responsibilities
  • Assist dental hygienists in preparing rooms, seating patients, and documenting patient visits
  • Record and review patient health history, make chart entries, and ensure completion of necessary forms and signatures
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and maintain their oral health
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, possessing excellent interpersonal skills and establishing positive relationships with our team and patients
  • Communicate professionally, both orally and in writing, with a service-oriented approach
Requirements
  • Dental Assisting Certification, state-required education, or prior on-the-job training
  • One or more years of experience preferred
  • Radiography/X-RAY certification for respective state
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients
