Job Title: Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Personal Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will deliver assistive services to our residents, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
  2. Ensure the resident's room is maintained in a clean and organized condition.
  3. Assist with taking meal orders and serving meals as needed.
  4. Perform walking rounds and safety checks on residents.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
