Childcare Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Support Specialist to join our team at Kenton Lands, LLC.

• Support the preschool teacher in planning and implementing educational programs for young children.
• Assist with classroom setup and maintenance, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the teacher or management.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
• A current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
