Primary Care Physician

As a Primary Care Physician with Nexus HR Services in San Jose, CA, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to adults, with a focus on preventive care and maintenance. You will also be responsible for providing routine prenatal care and performing charting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to adults, emphasizing healing maintenance and preventive care
- Provide routine prenatal care
- Perform charting duties
- Assist in conducting Quality Assurance reviews
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the effective operation of the clinic
- Comply with HIPPA and Privacy Policies
- Assist in chronic disease and health management programs
- Provide family planning and women's health services
- Provide care to adolescents
- Develop and implement a health education program for patients
Requirements:
- MEDICAL DOCTOR degree or D.O. degree
- One year of clinical experience in a clinical environment
- H-1 B Visa acceptable
- CA Medical License in good standing
- Must be insurable for liability as a General Practitioner
- Current knowledge and skills in pediatric, adult primary care, and ambulatory OB/GYN
- Ability to relate to the Indian Community
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with fellow workers
- A strong commitment to caring for an underserved population
- Experience in providing care for multi-cultural populations
