$200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician who is fluent in Korean and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care experiences. As a vital member of our team, you will provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosing and treating various health issues, managing chronic health problems, and conducting routine check-ups. You will also provide clinical supervision and guidance to licensed and professional staff, ensuring that services and treatments provided are in compliance with policy and applicable laws. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families about preventive healthcare measures and disease management, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong Korean language skills (medical and conversational) and cultural competency
-Solid clinical skills to provide primary care services
-Intrinsically motivated to maximize productivity and improve fiscal viability
-Ability to foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, reward and recognition
