Job Summary

DeepSearch Staffing Partners is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective manufacture of therapeutic proteins under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Operations
    • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and processes, including clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) operations.
    • Report production data in written and electronic documents in accordance with good documentation procedures (GDPs).
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and review documentation as necessary.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor pH, conductivity, and product sampling to ensure compliance with cGMP regulations.
    • Train Level 1 Associates on laboratory tasks and procedures.
  • Facility Maintenance
    • Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization.
    • Support 6S programs to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Attend shift exchanges and meetings.
    • Send and receive emails.
    • Participate in projects and initiatives.
  • Data Integrity
    • Apply Data Integrity principles to routine tasks.
    • Identify and communicate Data Integrity issues to management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent minimum; AS/BS preferred.
  • Preferred area of study: Science related discipline.
  • Prior work experience in a cleanroom, laboratory, or other sterile setting is preferred.
  • Prior experience with gowning or related PPE procedures in a sterile environment is preferred.
  • Working experience in manufacturing; cGMP setting preferred, and/or some experience as an Associate Level I in bio-pharma industry.
  • Able to follow documentation procedures for day-to-day tasks in a regulated industry.
  • Proven logic and decision-making abilities, critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Work Schedule

The shift schedule is from 7am-7pm on a rotational schedule every other week:

  • Week 1: MON/TUE/FRI/SAT/SUN
  • Week 2: WED/THUR
  • Shift differentials are included for weekends worked.
  • Initial 2-week training period on day shift Monday-Friday upon hire for new hires.
