Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operations Manager to join our team at FMC Ice Sports. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including ice resurfacers, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the cleaning and upkeep of facilities, including restrooms, concession stands, and other public areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train facility staff, including facility operators and support staff, to ensure they are meeting expectations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling and Payroll: Assist with scheduling and payroll for facility staff, as determined by the General/Arena Manager.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the ice sports industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license and ability to operate an ice resurfacer.
