Construction Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, ensuring effective case management and strong client relationships.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases, leveraging expertise in civil procedure and litigation strategies.
  • Draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Provide expert counsel to clients on legal matters, guiding them through the litigation process with empathy and professionalism.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, with a strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies.
  • Active bar membership in the state with 3+ years of civil litigation experience, showcasing exceptional research and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a client-focused approach to legal practice.
