Job Title: Construction Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the legal process.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide counsel to clients on legal matters, guiding them through the litigation process and ensuring they are informed and prepared for all stages of the case.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed, representing clients and advocating on their behalf.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns and providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management and effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in the state with 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex legal information to clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities, with the ability to quickly and accurately analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with the ability to effectively advocate on behalf of clients and negotiate settlements and agreements.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Client-focused approach to legal practice, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
