Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed School-Based Therapist to join our team at AllHealth Network. As a member of our School-Based Team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and families in Douglas County schools.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position, 10 or 12-month position, working Monday - Friday, with an annual salary of $65,000-$70,000, additional $5k for a LAC depending on experience and/or licensure. AllHealth Network also provides a 10% compensation differential for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish (language proficiency testing required).

Responsibilities

  • Screen students using the SBIRT model and complete CRAFFTs.
  • Run substance abuse prevention groups in Douglas County for 12-18 year olds.
  • Provide behavioral health consultation, biopsychosocial assessment, counseling, and evidence-based interventions to individuals, groups and/or their families in a school setting.
  • Ensure integration of services and coordination of care to promote the most optimal outcome for each of our clients.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or a related field.
  • Active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Colorado. LAC preferred.
  • Exposure to or experience working in a clinical setting in the behavioral health field, including assessment, evaluation and therapeutic engagement of diverse clients; use of evidence-based counseling models and techniques that match presenting problems; good diagnostic skills and treatment/care planning; and the ability to work with clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Knowledge of DSM V and working principles of recovery and trauma-informed care in treatment planning and in direct care.
