Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Director to lead our Surgical Services department. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring seamless patient care, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Direct and supervise staff, including nursing personnel, to ensure efficient workflow and effective patient care.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and departmental performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing management, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse License.
- Preferred: MSN, WOCN certification, and experience in wound care and hyperbaric therapy.
