East Coast Ophthalmologist Position

About the Role:
We are a non-profit, physician-led organization in search of a dedicated and empathetic Ophthalmologist to join our esteemed healthcare team. This role offers a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere, enabling you to provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care services. With our recent integration of a multi-clinic specialty eye care practice, you will have enhanced access to resources to further your professional journey.
Work Schedule:
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm
- 2 to 2.5 days dedicated to clinical practice and 2 days for surgical procedures each week
- Opportunity to quickly establish a high-volume practice within a timeframe of 4 to 6 months
- On-call responsibilities are 1:11, conducted via telephonic communication
Practice Highlights:
- Enjoy the benefits of newly introduced enhancements across all clinic locations
- Access to 2 Operating Rooms at each facility
- Support from a dedicated team, including ophthalmic and diagnostic technicians
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed salary for 2 years ranging from $405,000 to $525,000, dependent on experience, with opportunities for additional bonuses
- Incentives include a sign-on bonus and relocation support
- Generous time off policy with 34 days of PTO in addition to federal holidays
- Comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, continuing medical education, and malpractice coverage with tail
